Welcome to my website! I’m Ivorie💖 I’m 21 years young & the heart behind Vori.
Since I was 17, I knew I wanted to be a business owner. I started out selling lashes, then tried nails and even dabbled in hair but none of those stuck. I kept searching for something that felt right… something that actually lit me up.
Then in December 2023, while watching Riverdale (my comfort show at the time), I saw one of the characters own a jewelry shop and something just clicked. That’s when it hit me.. this is what I want. Jewelry has meaning. It tells a story. People hold onto it for years, sometimes their whole lives. I wanted to create pieces that people could feel connected to.. not just wear, but cherish.
At first, I looked into reselling jewelry, but everything I found was super plain and just… not me. So I decided to make my own bold, colorful and full of that y2k personality. And that’s how Vori was born 💖.
That same month, my mom believed in my vision and invested in me. She ordered all the supplies I needed to get started. I spent the next four months learning, creating, and asking myself if this was really meant for me. Then in April 2024, I finally launched. I didn’t think anyone would be interested, but I got two sales my very first week! That’s when it dawned on me… This is it.
